A Taste of Chocolate: A Guided Chocolate Tasting
Learn about the history of chocolate processing from the pre-industrial days to the modern-day. At each step in the process, participants will be given samples of chocolate representative of each era. Cacao nibs, 18th century style chocolate from American Heritage Chocolates, white chocolate, milk chocolate, and a variety of dark chocolates will be tasted during this scrumptious chocolate journey. This program stands on its own but is also a great follow-up program to my Chocolate Through Time Program.
